Leslie has been a member of Grace Lutheran since 1978. Receiving a B.S. in Education from Northern Illinois University's College of Fine Arts, she was an educator for 26 years prior to her position as director. She is married with two grown sons.
Dave is a graduate from Concordia University Chicago with a degree as a Director of Christian Education with a specialization in Youth Ministry. Grace is his second call, and he previously served at St. John Lutheran Church in Defiance, Ohio. He is married to Gretchen and they have a little dog named Ozzie. Dave loves working with kids, and helping them understand the awesome love their Lord has for us.
Tisa has been a member of Grace since 1999 and has served in the youth ministry department for eight years. Tisa is currently a student working toward her degree in Ministry and Leadership. She is married to Paul, and they have five children ranging in age from 25 to 11 years old: Rob, Steven, Amy, David and Jonathan. Mitch and his family came to Grace in 1998 after some strong encouragement by one of their neighbors. He now serves as Director of Lay Ministries. "What is that?" you say - well I'm glad you asked. That means that Mitch would love to help you find your own special ministry here at Grace. Whether you are new to Grace or you have been here all your life, Mitch is the person to see to help you find your niche. Contact him any time - he would love to help you become a part of our family.
Serving at Grace since 2007, Rick leads our worship team for the 11am contemporary worship services. He has been a musician, songwriter, and recording engineer for over 30 years. Rick has a B.S. from Johnson Bible College in Leadership and Ministry, and he also directs our technology team and small group ministries at Grace. He and his wife Beth have two daughters.
Donna works part-time administrating Grace's music programs and worship and has been doing so since 1995. She coordinates the Sanctuary worship services and schedules the accompanists and choirs. If you have an interest in music, she'd love to talk to you! Having earned a Ph.D. in Economics from UT Knoxville in 1992, Donna also teaches part-time at UTK. She is married to Randy, and they have two sons: Jonathan and Daniel.
 Randi Hare, Nursery Coordinator
Founder of our Technology Board, Randy has been a member since 1982. He has served as a Sunday School Teacher, Youth Director, Vice President and President of the congregation, member of the Evangelism Board, Stewardship Board, and the Board of Elders. He also served two terms as a member of the LCMS Mid-South District Board of Directors. Randy has been the Biomedical Technologies Manager at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital for 13 years. He is married to Donna and has two boys, Jonathan and Daniel.
Debbie and her husband, Harvey, joined Grace in September 1995, and have been involved in many different church ministries. In addition to her service as GraceNet editor, Debbie has been a member of the Contemporary Service Worship Team since its inception in 1995. She is also employed full-time by the Department of Energy in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. She and Harvey have two children, Chris and Ashley, and a granddaughter, Savannah.
Dale has been director of properties for seven years. He and his wife Leona have been members of Grace since spring of 2000. They have been married 57 years and have one son and one daughter, three grandsons and one great-granddaughter. Dale has been a mechanical engineer most of his life and is currently sales engineer for his own rep. organization.
